It’s formulated specifically for FLOORS with maximum stain and abrasion resistance. Ideal applications are on high-value and high-traffic locations where minimizing maintenance costs, and maximizing presentation is a priority. Unlike other ‘permanent coatings’, 4G SURFACE GUARD is not film forming and is fully vapor permeable. Once cured it does not alter the appearance or slip-resistant properties of the surface.
It has uniquely hydrophobic and oleophobic properties and is weather and UV-resistant. Correctly applied and depending on conditions, life expectancy is approximately 10 years.
Typical coverage is 160-240 sq ft per gallon.
